We are delighted to offer for sale the exclusive Clarice range from Quality Lighting Design.

All of Quality Lighting Design fittings are crafted in the UK from solid brass which guarantees a longer life span for your light fitting than any other available raw material.

Raw brass also provides a superior base for the application of their wide range of metal finishes ensuring that the overall difference in quality can be seen as well as felt.

In addition, all Quality Lighting Design finishes are hand produced by skilled craftsmen using patenation techniques perfected over many years which has given them the expertise to offer an exclusive choice of metal finishes.

The Clarice range are an art deco design in a polished chrome finish with a frosted glass shade and this listing is for the single wall uplighter.

Payment

We accept payment by paypal, cheque or credit card.

If you wish to pay by credit card please call us on 01789 763322.

If you are paying by paypal and it is processed as an echeque please note that we cannot release your order until the payment has cleared (which can take 10 days).  This is a paypal issue and so you may need to contact them directly if they process your payment as an echeque.

If you are paying by cheque or postal order please make it payable to Branded Lighting.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated on the listing your order will be delivered by DPD on a trackable and insured service.

You should receive an email from DPD on the day of dispatch to confirm that they have collected your order and you should receive another email from DPD on the morning of delivery confirming a one hour delivery slot so that you do not have to stay in all day.  If the delivery time is not convenient then the email will contain a hyperlink to a rebooking service.

Please refer to the listing for the delivery timeframe for this item.  If you require the goods sooner please call us on 01789 763322 prior to ordering to confirm that this will be possible.

Damages

Please note that as many of our items contain glass there will be the occasions when the goods arrive damaged, despite our best efforts.  However, all goods are covered by insurance whilst in-transit and we will arrange a collection and delivery of a replacement item or parts as appropriate

Therefore, please check your goods upon delivery and notify us by email of any damage or shortfall within 7 days of delivery.  

Claims after this period cannot be accepted as the transit insurance will have expired.

Returns

Should you wish to return your order for any reason please note that we must be notified by email within 7 days of delivery and the goods must be returned in the original condition and must not have been fitted.

Please note that all returns are the respnsibility of the buyer and we are unable to refund the cost of returning the item, which must be by a trackable and insured means.  Any parcels sent back which are not via a trackable means will be rejected in order to protect the interests of both the buyer and seller.  

If you order has arrived damaged or is incorrect then we will replace it for you free of charge, but should you prefer to return the item for a refund then this will be at your expense.
