Delivery


We dispatch the majority of orders by DPD and aim to have 95% of all goods delivered direct to your door within 5 working days and the most orders are received much sooner. 

DPD will email you when they have collected the goods and then on the day of delivery will email you with a one hour delivery slot so that you do not have to stay in all day.

If the planned delivery is not convenient then there is a link in the emai which allows you to rebook the delivery as necessary.

If you are out then DPD will leave a card with details of how to rebook the delivery or collect from your local Depot.

* The courier delivers between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  If you require a timed delivery or a Saturday delivery then please enquire first as there will be a surcharge for this service.

Please note that couriers will not leave your goods without a signature, so please take this into consideration. 

Please note that couriers will only attempt to deliver an order twice and should leave a card after each attempt which requests that you contact them to rearrange redelivery.  After 2 attempts the goods are held at the local depot for a few days for your collection and then returned to sender and a non-delivery surcharge applied. 
If this occurs then we will not be able to resend your goods until the surcharge has been paid.  Therefore, please ensure that we have the best weekday delivery address for you and respond to any cards received from the courier.

However, there will always be a few orders that for a variety of reasons fall outside of this timescale and we will work with you to overcome such problems.  Whilst there are many things that we can control once the goods are handed to the courier for delivery we are very much in their hands.  Therefore, should a delivery problem arise we will work with you and the courier to resolve it.  Please do not book an electrician in advance of delivery as we cannot accept any charges for cancelled appointments should your goods be delayed.
