Depending on the item ordered delivery will either be by tracked and insured courier or standard post (it will state the service on the listing you have ordered from).
We will email you on the day of dispatch and if delivery is by courier we will include the tracking details etc. If you are out on the day of delivery please note that the courier may leave your order with a neighbour.
Please refer to the listing for the delivery timeframe for this item. If you require the goods sooner please call us on 01789 763322 prior to ordering to confirm that this will be possible.
Please note that as many of our items contain glass there will be the occasions when the goods arrive damaged, despite our best efforts. However, all goods are covered by insurance whilst in-transit and we will arrange a collection and delivery of a replacement item or parts as appropriate
Therefore, please check your goods upon delivery and notify us by email of any damage or shortfall within 7 days of delivery.
Claims after this period cannot be accepted as the transit insurance will have expired.
Should you wish to return your order for any reason please note that we must be notified by email within 14 days of delivery and the goods must be returned in the original condition and must not have been fitted.
Please note that all returns are the responsibility of the buyer and we are unable to refund the cost of returning the item, which must be by a trackable and insured means. Any parcels sent back which are not via a trackable means will be rejected in order to protect the interests of both the buyer and seller.
If you order has arrived damaged or is incorrect then we will replace it for you free of charge – all you need to do is call or email us the details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
