We dispatch by a safe and secure courier service and aim to have 95% of all goods delivered direct to your door within 10 days and the vast majority of orders are received much, much sooner. However, there will always be a few orders that for a variety of reasons fall outside of this timescale and we will work with you to overcome such problems. Whilst there are many things that we can control once the goods are handed to the courier for delivery we are very much in their hands. Therefore, should a delivery problem arise we will work with you and the courier to resolve it. Please note that couriers do not call ahead before delivering and cannot normally be booked for a particular time* and they will also not leave your goods without a signature, so please take this into consideration. They will, however, leave a card if you have missed a delivery and you can call them to make alternative arrangements.
* The courier delivers between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you require a timed delivery or a Saturday delivery then please enquire first as there will be a surcharge for this service. There is also a surcharge for deliveries outside Mainland UK so again please enquire before buying. Please note that couriers will only attempt to deliver an order twice and should leave a card after each attempt which requests that you contact them to rearrange redelivery. After 2 attempts the goods are held at the local depot for a few days for your collection and then returned to sender and a non-delivery surcharge applied. If this occurs then we will not be able to resend your goods until the surcharge has been paid. Therefore, please ensure that we have the best weekday delivery address for you and respond to any cards received from the courier.
Please do not book an electrician before receipt of your goods as we cannot guarantee delivery for a particular time or day as there are too many variables.
We do not accept any costs incurred for appointments you may have to cancel.
